Really enjoyed Tim on service in the current economic climate - it was really thought provoking....

I thought that the session was very useful and in conjunction with some of the other training will really help me to not only pitch better but also hopefully close a larger number of deals or bigger deals.

I like the exercises he did to prove the points he was making. It made you think a lot about your own behaviour and how you act towards others in meetings.

I particularly liked the outcome thinking which was one of my main reasons for attending. I have realised I currently use problem thinking rather than positive outcome thinking so will act on this.

I thought the day was excellent. I think for it to really work then everybody in the company would have to do the training. I think it could really change the way we work and think. I was particularly interested in the ‘imagine you were being filmed’ and also what you can control as a person.

I thought Tim was good and intuitive and made everyone feel comfortable and at ease and made it enjoyable and humorous.

The training was excellent. I took away many helpful techniques to better communicate with my team and now understand more fully how clear guidance and regular feedback can improve both my and the team’s performance.

The best part of the training was around the outcome thinking section and how to think about well formed outcomes. This was a real eye opener and yet such a simple technique.
